Hook ease home in ‘top three’ tussle
Hook 103 for 2 (20) beat Burton 99 for 8 (5) by 9 wickets
Chloe Lewis and Becca Barton again topped the Burton batting before retiring but no-one else was able to stay long against accurate bowling by Maisy Davies and Tia Rees, who shared six wickets as their fielders supported well.
Then Kacey Arran again led the Hook batting as she and Kate Farr got the innings off to an excellent start before skipper Sam Rossiter and Maisy finished things off in style, despite the bowling of Chloe Lewis and Olivia James in the Burton bowling attack..

Ava then claimed a wicket brace alongside good bowling from C Lewis, Imogen Hicks, and Lauren Davies as Linzi Picton, Cath Orton, Lily McGuire were joined in double figures by extras – but they were never able to maintain a high enough run rate to mount a challenge.

Dock Batters destroy Haverfordwest hopes
Pembroke Dock 151 for 1 (18) beat Haverfordwest 52 for 6 by 99 runs
Sian James, and Katie Griffiths scored freely alongside the mother duo of Abbey and Poppy Price, as Cerys Pullin claimed the only Haverfordwest wicket in her good spell.
But the run-chase was impossible for the relatively inexperienced opposition and only Ali Wadya managed double figures as Katie Griffiths also led the home attack well, with solid support from the Price ladies.

Llangwm win well against Whitland
Llangwm 108 for 3 (18) beat Whitland 107 for 7 (6) by 7 wickets
Kelly Evans, Lani Hogben, Angharad Jenkins and Jude Roberts topped the Whitland batting as all five Llangwm bowlers in Zoe and Daisy Brick, Mandie Davies, Lilly and Rosie Thomas all got amongst the wickets.
When Llangwm batted, Lilly Thomas and Natalie White provided the perfect platform alongside Pam Asson, who suffered a rare dismissal, so that wickets from Kelly Evans, Ellie Fuller and Megan Davies weren’t enough – but they stay top since nearest rivals Saundersfoot didn’t have a game!

Cole sisters lead Cresselly to a welcome win
Pembroke 87 for 6 (7) lost to Cresselly 2nds 102 for 6 (20) by 15 runs
Asked to bat first, Cresselly just past the three-figure score as Mari reached the retirement score alongside Elin Edwards, with support from Sophia as Jamie Mosely topped the bowling and the ultra-reliable Bobbie Neale and Jodie Lewis got amongst the wickets for the homesters.
Then Maria and Sophia returned identical figures from their allotted four overs, assisted by Isla Perry, so that only Jamie Mosely managed double figures for Pembroke, with the bulk of their final tally coming from a massive 44 extras!

Kilgetty win Kingsmoor thriller
Kilgetty 105 for 1 (18) beat Carew 95 for 7 (4) by 10 runs
Kilgetty grabbed their second success of the season as they fended off a Carew team still seeking their first win but still giving it their all as a credit to their club.
Kilgetty were asked to bat first and steady runs from Cara Evans and Chloe Bland, plus extras, saw them post a strong score as Mari Holding was the only Carew wicket.
Kirsty Lewis reached the retirement score for Carew as reward for her excellent batting, ably assisted by Jess Griffiths, but they ran out of overs when just ten runs behind to just miss out on that first win – but had played their part in a game played in the best of spirits.
