Ann wins silverware on count back
South Pembrokeshire Ladies’ Section recently held their ‘Past Captains’ competition and Ann Williams was this year’s winner.
Due to the bad weather recently they decided to play only 14 holes in the stableford format; and fortunately the weather remained mainly dry.
The competition saw a close finish between Mary Mountney and Ann Williams, with Ann coming out as the winner on count back.
After the game the ladies enjoyed a meal in the club restaurant where the present captain, Viv James, presented Ann with her trophy.
