A panel of representatives from Sport Pembrokeshire - Pembrokeshire County Council, Valero, the Western Telegraph and Radio Pembrokeshire will decide three finalists and the eventual winners in each category.
The winners will be announced at a high profile award ceremony at Folly Farm on Friday 29th November 2013, to which all nominees and their friends/family will be invited. The presentation will take place in the purpose built theatre, next to the bar, restaurant and fairground.
