Jack is a terrific swimmer
At 32 years of age, Jack Wood still enjoys his sport with the sense of joy that has always marked his involvement in whatever activity he has done, be it swimming, gymnastics, new age kurling or anything else.
In the recent swimming gala at Haverfordwest Leisure Centre he competed with his usual sense of fun and reaped the rewards for his commitment across the spectrum.
Jack never shirks a challenge and we are always pleased to see him, as Jack is with us, even if it is a soaking from a bear hug as he comes out of the pool!
We are really thrilled to present our old friend Jack with his 'Good Sports' tee-shirt and we know he will wear it with pride!
