A team from Sir Thomas Picton School have won the 5x60 Under 13 boys hockey tournament for the second year in a row.
The nine-strong Year Eight team beat a team from Ysgol Dewi Sant, St David’s in the final by 3 to 1 as Jack Evans scored a hat trick.
The tournament was held on the astro turf pitch at Fishguard Leisure Centre last Thursday (Nov 14th).
STP team members were: Leon Wrathall, Jake Merry, Leon Whalley, Max Harrison, Arjun Rajasekharan, Lee Davies, Nikhil Mathias, Si Jian Huang and Jack Evans
5x60 is a Sport Wales initiative designed to encourage more young people to participate in sport and physical activity and is managed by Sport Pembrokeshire, the sports development service of Pembrokeshire County Council.
