Division Four (West):
Mariners miss out in try fest
Milford Haven 32 Nantgaredig 42
Milford Haven scored six tries at The Observatory against Nantgaredig but still went down to defeat against a team which scored a try fewer but managed 17 points from kicks whilst the Mariners could only muster a single conversion by Tom Arnold.
Milford actually took the lead with two excellent tries but managed to trail 17-32 at half time, make a strong comeback and then conceded scores at vital times, their only consolation from a fourth successive defeat being the fact that they picked up their first bonus point as they had tries by Billy Marchant, James Passmore, Dean Matthews (back from Neyland), Steve Picton, Darren Lewis and Dean McSparron.
For Nantgaredig, there were tries from full back Bleddyn Lewis (2), wingers Gethin Page (2) and winger Rhys Edwards, with experienced kicker Darren Williamson chipping in with 17 points from four conversions and three penalties.

Disappointing Seagulls
Fishguard & Goodwick 10 Hendy 15
Fishguard & Goodwick made an excellent start against Hendy at The Moors as they were ten points to the good in as many minutes but took their foot off the gas and allowed the visitors to grab three unconverted tries and take home the winning points.
Co-coach Huw Evans admitted it was a disappointing performance by the Seagulls after bustling flanker Steve Jenkins gave them the early advantage with a try which veteran No 10 Evans converted to go with a penalty.
The loss of influential No 8 Simon James and Mark Jones with injuries didn’t help either and tries from Joe Rogers, Gareth Roberts and Carl Rees were enough to give Hendy their fourth win on the trot – and third place in the table.
Steve Jenkins - scored Fishguard's only try

Saints snatch victory against All Blacks
Neyland 15 St Clears 28
St Clears eased their way to an away win against Neyland, who played far better than their lowly position would suggest but conceded points at vital times.
Darren Rees gave the Carmarthenshire Saints the early lead with a penalty and after Mark Riley had hauled the All Blacks level with a similar three-pointer it was a try by No 8 Rod Phillips converted by Rees, that gave St Clears the impetus as Rees added a second penalty and managed to convert right winger Dai Jenkins’ beat try of the game to put the
visitors 20-3 ahead.
Gregg Miller did well to open the All Blacks’ try county and Riley converted before Rees was again on target with a penalty before hooker Dafydd Page, who had a terrific game, scored an unconverted try for the Saints.
Neyland had the final word when Adam Collins scored a late unconverted try but they still seek a first win of the season in this section.

Quins do well in second half
Llangadog 30 Pembroke Dock Harlequins 17
New No 8 Gary Musto claimed the Quins’ sole score in the first period and others followed in the second half as Alex Pearce crossed as reward for his work rate alongside Nathan George, and full back Luke Barrett, whose try was goaled by Chad Meyer from a dropped kick attempt.
For Llangadog, their first-half scored came from right winger Eifion James, scrum half and captain Aled Jenkins, outside half Carwyn Fowden, left winger Chris Thomas and hooker Cerith Dyer, all unconverted.
Skipper Jenkins claimed his second score as he led Llangadog by example – and the Quins were left to reflect on the fact that their come-back came too late to give them even the consolation of a bonus point.
Alex Pearce - deserved try for the Quins

Division Six (West):
Saints suffer at South Gower
South Gower 54 St Davids 0
After the cheer of their home win the previous week it was back to reality for St Davids as they had to play the first quarter of the match with only 13 men and always faced an uphill struggle thereafter as South Gower scored eight tries and seven conversions without response.
There was no shortage of effort from the battling Saints but tries from Tom Duval (3), Nathan Leach, James Rewbridge, Ben Davies, Matthew Evans and Alex Hurlow saw the homesters to their biggest win of the season as Rhys Davies landed seven conversions to help take them past the 50-point mark.
