Camrose's Aled Thomas is stumped to bring the innings to a close
Morgan makes mincemeat of Cam
Haverfordwest 2nds (108 for 5) beat Camrose (106 all out)
Umpire: Dai MorrisScorer: Natalie Thomas (Haverfordwest)
Veteran bowler Nigel Morgan produced an inspired spell of bowling that left Camrose’s batting line up in tatters, and then some big hitting by Josh Hicks saw The Town reserves home in the 30th over.
Jonathan Venables (31), Martin James (19), and Aled Thomas (20) were the pick of the Cam batting line-up as Morgan was joined by Simon Williams (1 for 17), Darren Evans (1 for 19) and skipper James Morris (2 for 30) in restricting them to only 106 all out.
Martin Tweedie (2 for 20) bowled well for Cam when Haverfordwest batted, assisted by a wicket apiece for Venables, Thomas and Harries, but Josh Hicks provided the vital impetus as he smashed three sixes and two fours in his speedy 36 – and old hands Jonathan Twigg (17) and Dan Field (10 not out) steered The Town home.

Cresselly skipper Lewis grabs nine wickets
Whitland 2nds (116 all out) lost to Cresselly 2nds (120 for 3)
Umpire: Les HastingsScorers: Ann-Marie Jenkins & Des Brace
An inspired spell of bowling by Cresselly Seconds’ skipper Matthew Lewis produced amazing figures of 9 for 30 and helped his side to an easy win against their counterparts from Whitland.
Lewis is a dab hand at exploiting conditions with his canny slow stuff and he bamboozled the home batting so that only Wayne Jones (42), Greg Sleep (17) and Ed John (21 not out) managed double figures, with Tom Arthur claiming 1 for 14 at the other end.
A target of 117 was never going to test Cresselly’s batting line-up, especially once Rhydian Rees (34) and Nick Davies (35) had given them a first-wicket start of 65 runs, and Alex Baily hit a boundary to give him 25 not out and ensured that his side picked up another bonus point by reaching a total of 120 with his last blow!

Seasiders too strong at Treleet
Pembroke (99 all out) lost to Saundersfoot (100 for 3)
Umpires: Glyn Pawlett & Kieran O’Connor
Saundersfoot proved too strong for Pembroke at Treleet as they bowled out the home team for a disappointing tally of 99 runs and eased home by seven wickets with overs aplenty in hand.
Brothers Andrew and Phillip Hay, with 25 and 20 respectively, were joined by old-timer Spencer Harries (22) as the main Pembroke run scorers against Sam Franklin (2 for 22), Tom Mansbridge (4 for 34) and Neil Powling (2 for 23).
Rob Weston (2 for 35) led the Pembroke attack after tea but James Caine (15) helped Sam Franklin (41 not out) in a solid start before another veteran in Phil Jones (24 not out) was there to see Saundersfoot through at the end.
Jake Wicks scored 46 runs for Hook
Tense draw in tight finish at Hook
Hook (159 all out) lost to Narberth (161 for 9)
Umpire: John Williams (assisted by Richard Howell)
Scorers: Joy James and Emma Richards
There was an air of tension at Hook after the home side had scored had scored 159 all out and Narberth managed to reach their target with their last pair of Nathan Lloyd and Lewis Hough at the crease and using two of the overs donated by Hook from their innings.
Jamie Phelps (20), Brennan Lay (12), Tom Blaxland (27) and Jake Wicks (46) were the main Hook contributors against Ben Quartermaine (4 for 39), Ben Hughes (4 for 33), Kyle Quartermaine (2 for 25) and Jordan Howell (1 for 38).
Jamie Phelps (4 for 29) and Brennan Martin (3 for 25) made regular inroads into the Narberth batting but Jordan Howell stroked six fours and two sixes in his 51 and new skipper Ben Quartermaine certainly led by example as he also rapped 51, including two fours and a six, before Messrs Lloyd and Hough eased Narberthhome.
