Davies drives Cam to welcome first win
Camrose (111 for 3) beat Kilgetty (107 all out) by 7 wickets
Umpires: Les Hastings & Kieran O’Connor
Scorer: Hazel Poole (Kilgetty)
Second-placed Kilgetty travelled to Camrose with something of a makeshift side and paid the ultimate price as they could only muster 117 all out in 40 overs and bottom-placed Cam celebrated a first success of the season, with Matthew Davies registering an excellent 66 not out as they reached their target in only 19.5 overs.
Kilgetty skipper Ian Poole led their batting with 45 runs (six fours), assisted by Kyle Marsh (18) and Kurtis Marsh (14) as Jonathan Venables led the Cam bowling attack with 4 for 36 and found support from Andrew Thomas (3 for 22) and Martin Tweedie (2 for 21).
Dan Wilks started the innings with a solid 12 before Phil Morgan scored 19 not out alongside Davies, who struck ten fours and a six in his aggressive innings so that a delighted Camrose team had time aplenty to celebrate their win afterwards!

Seasiders strike for top-five placing
Saundersfoot (239 for 8) beat Haverfordwest 2nds (130 all out) by 109 runs
Umpires: Denis Chiffi & Mervyn John
Scorers: Adge John & Natalie Thomas
Saundersfoot moved into the top half of the table as a result of their big win over a Haverfordwest 2nds side which failed to continue its run of recent form.
Top scorer in Saundersfoot’s big tally was Sam Franklyn, who seemed assured of three figures as he struck 11 fours and six big sixes but was bowled by Nigel Morgan on 99!
Simon Stanford (12), James Caine (54) and Jon Mansbridge (17) were the other double-figure contributors against Morgan (2 for 54), James Morris (1 for 39), Avron Roulstone (4 for 45) and Simon Williams (1 for 39) in the Haverfordwest bowling attack.
Neil Powling then spearheaded the Seasiders’ attack with a cracking 4 for 12 haul, supported by Tom Mansbridge (3 for 51) and Franklin (2 for 30), as Saundersfoot showed their true capabilities in a comfortable success.

Hook’s all round play reaps its reward
Whitland 2nds (88 all out) lost to Hook (212 for 8) by 124 runs
Umpires: John Austin & Arthur Brady
Scorer: Ann-Marie Jenkins
Hook produced a powerful all-round display to easily account for a Whitland 2nds side that was never really in the hunt after the young Hook team built such a big first-innings score.
Hook batted consistently to build such a good tally, thanks to Bradley Flood (39), Jack Britton (30), Lee Morgan (30), Brennan Martin (29), Jake Wicks (16) and William Goronwy (34 not out) were the principal run gatherers.
For Whitland the main wicket-takers were old timers Stuart Harries (3 for 47), Paul Webb (1 for 40), Dai Lee (1 for 18) and Raff Williams (2 for 62) as teenager Geraint Phillips also picked up figures of 1 for 16.
After tea, only Whitland skipper Wayne Jones (23) and Raff Williams (18) managed to stay long against Brennan Martin (4 for 23), Andrew Thomas (2 for 19) and Jamie Phelps (2 for 7), with Callum James and Jake Wicks pouching a wicket apiece to give Hook such a huge margin of victory.

Pembroke prevent league leaders pouching another win
Pembroke (134 for 7) drew with Narberth (167 all out)
Umpires: Dave Brandon & Rob Elliott
Scorer: Emma Richards (Narberth)
Narberth had to settle for the better of the draw against Pembroke at Treleet but still increased their huge lead at the top after the home side were still 33 runs adrift at the finish with three wickets left, having batted for 48 overs.
Kyle Quartermaine was again the figure-head in the Narberth batting line-up as he smashed ten boundaries in his 67 and found support from Owen Richards (six fours in his 45) and Kamal Sharma (11) as Rob Weston (4 for 42), Billy Wood (3 for 66), Jack Harries (2 for 25) and Sam Davies claimed 1 for 34 as Narberth were dismissed in 42 overs.
Pembroke captain Paul White (23), Billy Wood (22 not out), Phil Hay (15) and Jake Seaton (15 not out) were the main scorers for the home side but could never get on top of Ben Quartermaine (1 for 3), Kamal Sharma (1 for 11), Ben Hughes (1 for 30), Kyle Quartermaine (2for 18) and Jordan Howell (2 for 35) as the game petered out to a stalemate finish.

Lewis and Harries lead Cresselly to comfortable win
Cresselly 2nds (184 for 6) beat Burton (117 all out) by 64 runs
Umpires: Glyn Pawlett & Tony Waldeis
Scorer: Des Brace & Dennis Venables
Excellent bowling by Matthew Lewis and skipper Richard Harris led Cresselly 2nds to a convincing win over Burton after Phil Williams, Alex Bayley and Harries had launched the home side to a respectable 184 for 6 from their allotted 45 overs.
Williams batted well for his 46 (six fours) alongside Bayley (35) and Harries (34) as Jack Davies (2 for 41) and James Scale (2 for 36) were the pick of the Burton bowlers.
Burton always struggled as Lewis tantalised them with his slow stuff in a 6 for 22 spell alongside Harris, who finished off a good all-round day with 3 for 38, as only talented teenagers Jack Davies (29), Toby Hayman (18) and James Davies (16) ever stayed long in the Burton batting line-up.
