Kurtis keeps Kilgetty going

Kilgetty (119 for 2) beat Burton (115 all out) by 8 wickets

Kilgetty had a comfortable home win at Kingsmoor as they restricted Burton to 115 all out and then reached 119 for 2 to show they are a useful side in this section.

Put in to bat, Burton had decent scores from James Davies (27), Iestyn Evans (25), Will Ridge (12) and Dan Griffiths (11) but found it hard going against Ross Hardy (5 for 29), Kurtis Marsh (2 for 14), Kyle Marsh (1 for 23) and Toby Poole (1 for 6).

But no-one was able to record a big score and talented teenagers Kurtis Marsh (35) and Toby Poole (16) put on 42 in good time before Tom Lewis (18 not out) and Ross Hardy (35 not out) saw Kilgetty home with plenty to spare at 121 for 2, finishing in style with a big six!

Carew 2nds produce a solid performance at Treleet

Pembroke (128 all out) lost to Carew 2nds (129 for 3) by 7 wickets

Pembroke started well the previous week but were unable to repeat that sort of form at Treleet against Carew 2nds and could have few complaints in the final analysis.

Barry Evans used his wealth of experience to top score for the homesters with a patient 45 and had support from Jack Harries (30) and Jonathan Rogers (18) as Harry Cook (3 for 28) and Jacob Knox (3 for 43) were the principal Carew wicket-takers.

Sam Davies (2 for 18) bowled well for Pembroke but Carew finished victorious on 129 for 3 thanks to Matthew Phillips (30) and Dafydd Bevan (25).

Pill Parks stroll for Llangwm

Llangwm (105 for 1) beat Haverfordwest 2nds (104 for 9) by 9 wickets

Llangwm marched to an easy win over Haverfordwest 2nds at Pill Parks, proving that it was a good toss for home skipper Joseph Kiff to win.

His bowlers pinned Haverfordwest to just 104 for 9 in 45 painstaking overs as only newcomer Tom Pearce (38 not out), Jake Merry (18) and David Haynes (15) ever looked settled against Chris Inward (2 for 17), Andrew Harries (3 for 28) and Matthew Kiff (2 for 32).

Toby Asson made The Town reserves pay for some dropped catches with an excellent undefeated 50 before he was bowled by Pearce and there were 18 extras alongside 31 not out from another promising Llangwm youngster in Iwan Griffiths as Llangwm finished things off in the 30th over.

Whitland 2nds enjoy a massive victory

Cresselly (110 all out) lost to Whitland 2nds (316 for 8) by 208 runs

Whitland 2nds scored a massive 318 for 6 against their counterparts from Cresselly to record a record-breaking margin of 206 runs thanks to some excellent individual performances.

Leading the way was Mark Lee, with top score of 80 (12 fours and a six), supported by Gregg Sleep (66), Wayne Jones (46), Matthew Lewis (40 not out), Jack Bowen (25) and Che Thomas (29) delivering the runs.
Billy Kinnear (30), Scott Arthur (21) and Matthew Palmer (14) ever looked settled when Cresselly batted and useful bowling by Connor Bowen (4 for 20), Mark Lee (3 for 23), Matthew Lewis (1 for 23) and Jack Bowen (1 for 7) saw Whitland to a spectacular success.
