At the weekend Laurie Haworth, Jack Britton and Dan Harding were asked, as part of the Welsh Colleges team, to attend a coaches’ convention in Dragon Park, Newport, to help a group of coaches do refresher courses for their ‘A’ licenses.
On the course were Roberto Martinez, Chris Coleman and Gary Monk - and the boys were very fortunate to be coached by all three over a two day period, and also stayed in the Hilton Hotel there. Incredibly fortunate boys!
The boys agreed that Chris and Roberto in particular were really friendly and helpful – and will long remember a special coaching weekend for them all.
