There were some high scoring games in the Manderwood Pembrokeshire Football League Division One.
Champions Hakin United stay five points clear at the top of the tree for Christmas after demolishing St Clears 9-0 at home. Nicky Woodrow (4), Adam Davies (2), James Stanmore (2) and Justin Harding scored for the mighty Vikings.
Narberth lost 4-7 at home against second placed Merlins Bridge. Matthew Price (3) and Marc Hughes netted for the Bluebirds and Stephen McNabney (2), Nathan Greene (2), Scott Crawford (2), and Dai Davies were on target for
Goodwick United edged to a 3-2 victory at home against Pennar Robins. Rob Morgans (2) and Jonny Horgan gave their side a three-goal cushion at half time, but the Robins hit back with goals by Ben Steele and Dean Scourfield.
Monkton Swifts lost 1-2 at home against south county rivals Angle. Josh Clarke and Tom Grimwood scored for the visitors and Ben Nicholas struck a late penalty for the Swifts, after this defeat the Swifts have moved down to second from bottom of the table.
Saundersfoot Sports are bottom after losing 3-5 at home against Johnston. Sam Coleman (2 including a penalty) and Geoff Marsh netted for the Sports and Adam Hawkins (2), Scott Murray, Ben Phillips and Dai Davies found the back of the net for the Tigers.
Sam Christopher and Joe Leahy scored the goals that secured Tenby a 2-0 win at home against Neyland.
West Dragons have moved off the bottom of the table for the first time this season after beating Herbrandston 3-1 at home. Ashley Prior, on his debut, Ashton Plunkett and Joey Jones scored for the Dragons and Shane Walsh scored the visitors’ only goal of the game.
