Adam Hawkins scored two goals for Johnston in their win against Saundersfoot Sports
There were 30 goals scored in the six games played in the Manderwood Pembrokeshire Football League First Division.
Pennar Robins lost 1-4 against runaway leaders Hakin United at Bush Camp. Justin Harding, Steve Mathias, Nicky Woodrow and Ben Aldred scored for the Vikings, whilst Ben Steele made no mistake with a penalty.
Goodwick United slipped to a disappointing 1-2 defeat at home against second placed Merlins Bridge. Nathan Greene and James Skudder netted for the Wizards, Rob Morgans scored for the homesters directly from a corner.
Tenby hammered second from bottom Monkton Swifts 7-1 at the Clicketts. There was a goal brace apiece for Jack Christopher, Sam Christopher, Joe Leahy and Daryl Mansbridge also added his name to the score sheet, struggling Swifts could only muster a late goal scored by Tom Meiring.
Angle narrowly defeated St Clears 3-2 at Windmill Lane. The homesters raced into a healthy three-goal lead with goals by Connor Willis, Chris Richards and Ben Adams, the visitors fought back with late goals by Steve Thomas penalty and Nick Squire.
Adam Hawkins and Steve Mills bagged two goals each as Johnston comfortably won 4-0 at home against relegated haunted Saundersfoot Sports.
West Dragons won 4-1 against out of sorts Neyland. This was the Dragons second successive big win as they are determined to get themselves out of a relegation dogfight. Joey Jones, Craig George, Jordan Thomas and Rhys Clutterbuck found the back of the net for the homesters, whilst Sean Hannon added the Nomads’ only goal.
Team Swansea University beat Narberth 2-1 to reach the last four of the West Wales Intermediate Cup, disappointing result for the Bluebirds but Matthew Price and his men carried the Pembrokeshire flag with distinction!
