Following Saturday’s results it’s confirmed that Monkton Swifts will be relegated along with Saundersfoot Sports from the First Division of the Manderwood Pembrokeshire Football League.
Hakin United have moved a giant step towards retaining their third title in a row after defeating Pennar Robins 5-3 at home. Ashley Bevan (2), Nicky Woodrow (2) and Adam Davies netted for the Vikings, in reply, Ben Steele (2) and Adam John scored for the visitors.
Johnston lost 0-2 at home against West Dragons. An own goal, and an Ashley Prior strike earned the Dragons the crucial win that keeps them in the First Division next season.
Relegated Monkton Swifts lost 0-2 at home against Goodwick United, Jonny Horgan and Kieran O’Brien scored for the Phoenix Lads.
Neyland thrashed Narberth 5-0 at the Athletic Ground, Wayne Parry (2), Henry Durrant, Nathan Warlow and Nick Koomen scored for the Nomads.
Already relegated Saundersfoot Sports lost 1-7 in their derby clash with Tenby. Scott Ferney scored a brilliant hat trick for the Seasiders alongside further goals by Joe Leahy (2), Sam Christopher and Daryl Mansbridge; Sam Reeve scored the Sports’ only goal of a one sided clash.
St Clears lost 1-3 at home against in form Angle. Luke Wickland (2) and Gareth Fisher netted for the visitors, a penalty by Steve Thomas was all the Saints could muster on their final game of the season.
