Goodwick United move clear at top of table thanks to Horgan's double against Nomads

 

Goodwick United 3 – Neyland 1

 
Jonny Horgan scored twice to help Goodwick United move three points clear at the top of the table following a victory against Neyland at Phoenix Park.
 
The hosts scored tow goals in the space of two minutes as Rhys Dalling set-up Horgan for the opener and Luke Hayward assisted for Dalling to bag the second.
 
In the 40th minute the Nomads pulled one back as skipper Mike Chandler released Aidan Rees as the hoists narrowly led 2-1 at the break.
 
Chris O’Sullivan’s Goodwick outfit grabbed a crucial third Dalling unselfishly set-up Horgan to complete the scoring.

Sports beat Tish in high scoring affair

 

Fishguard Sports 6 – St Ishmaels 3

 
Fishguard Sports came out on top against struggling St Ishmaels in a high scoring affair at Tregroes.
 
However, it was the  visitors who opened the scoring Joel Morgan made no mistake, the Sports levelled matters in the 24th minute as Iwan Lilley struck, Danny Hopkin added the second before Ieuan Llewellyn hit the back of the net to give the Sports a 3-1 cushion at half time.
 
In the 78th minute Joel Mills scored the fourth and substitute added goal number five, Tish skipper Adam Kingsbeer scored his side’s third, but White had the final say as he was set-up for the sixth by Sean Seymour-Davies.

Kilgetty and Clarby see out a draw

 

Kilgetty 1 – Clarbeston Road 1

 
Clarbeston Road came from behind to secure a draw against Kilgetty at the Kingsmoor Ground.
 
In the tenth minute Kilgetty took the lead as wide sided midfielder Lloyd Hughes slotted past Rhys Mansell to give his team a narrow 1-0 lead at half time.
 
Matt Ellis Clarby Road troops battled hard and were rewarded five minutes after the interval when vastly experienced Steffan Williams equalised to earn his team a thoroughly deserved share of the spoils.
