Bernie - delighted to receive his 'Good 'Sport'
Bernie Armstrong has been involved for many years as a proven goalscorer with a variety of teams, and was a successful manager too.
He also plays now for the Pembrokeshire over 50s and as well as being a very competitive sportsman he is widely respected as a decent bloke.
Although he loves nothing better now than winning in table tennis at Haverfordwest Leisure Centre he also does a great job coaching some of the young players as a bonus.
