Primary school pupils are on the run!
More than 900 youngsters took to their feet for the annual Pembrokeshire Primary Schools Cross Country Event.
Organised by Pembrokeshire Harriers and Sport Pembrokeshire – the sports development arm of Pembrokeshire County Council – the pupils raced through the mud over eight competitive categories.
Tavernspite are the top team
The overall school team winner was Tavernspite with Narberth second and Saundersfoot 3rd. The small school winners were Hook, followed by Templeton and Redhill.
Held at Oakwood Theme Park, this year's event - the 22nd - was watched by scores of spectators including fellow pupils, teachers and families.
